Support the base, never lift by the head or an arm, and never reach for a solvent when a stain appears. Polystone is brittle under point impact and slightly porous, so handling and cleaning decide how a piece looks in five years far more than the initial paint job does.
Resale and Maintenance
Keep the certificate, carton, receipt and four-angle photos together. Inspect seams under bright light quarterly, and rotate stored pieces back onto display every six months so they are not forgotten in a cupboard, because forgotten pieces are the ones that surprise you with damage later.
